Things People Ask Before They Apply

What kind of data do I need to share with you?
At minimum: 24 months of P&L statements, a balance sheet, and whatever customer or sales data you have. The more I can see, the more I find. Most clients use QuickBooks, Shopify, Square, or similar — I've worked with all of them. You don't need perfect books. You just need to be willing to share what you have.
How much time does this take from me?
Less than you'd think. Mostly I need your data upfront and a couple of check-in calls along the way. The heavy lifting is on my end. You should plan for 4–6 hours of your time over the 4–6 weeks — not counting the final presentation session.
What if I already know what my problem is?
That's great — and the Strategic Plan will either confirm it or show you something you didn't expect. Often the thing founders think is the problem isn't. But if you truly have one focused, specific problem and want it fixed fast, the Focused Fix at $3,000 might be the better starting point.
Do I have to hire you after to implement the plan?
No. The roadmap is designed to be executed without me. You'll leave with everything you need to implement it yourself or with your team. Many clients choose to bring me back for implementation support — but that's always your choice, never a requirement.
Is $15,000 a lot to spend on a plan?
It depends what you find. Every client I've worked with has identified profit improvements that significantly exceed the investment. The question isn't whether the plan costs $15K — it's whether the things we find are worth more than that. In my experience, they always are.
