We kick off with a focused strategy session — just the two of us, going deep on your specific problem. I'll ask the questions nobody else has thought to ask, look at the data underneath the issue, and start mapping what's actually driving it. Midweek I may follow up with questions as I dig further.

I bring back the diagnosis and the solution — a clear, specific action plan you can start implementing immediately. Not a 40-page deck. A practical document with the insight, the recommendation, and the exact steps to take. We walk through it together so you leave the call knowing exactly what to do next.

Follow-Up Call
A month after we wrap, we reconnect. How's implementation going? What's working? What unexpected questions came up? This call is included — because the real learning always happens once you're in the weeds of making the change.

Things People Ask Before They Start

What if my problem is too big for two weeks?
That's worth figuring out before we start — and it's exactly why we align on scope upfront. If what you're dealing with is genuinely larger than one focused problem, I'll tell you honestly and we can talk about whether the Strategic Plan is a better fit. No bait and switch.
What if I'm not sure I can name my problem clearly?
If you can say "something feels off with my pricing" or "I don't understand why customers aren't coming back" — that's enough. You don't need a perfectly articulated problem statement. That's what the first session is for. But if you truly can't name any specific area, the Strategic Plan's discovery process might be more appropriate.
How much of my time does this take?
Plan for about 3–4 hours of your time over the two weeks — the intake form, the Week 1 session, and the Week 2 presentation call. The analysis and solution-building happens on my end between those touchpoints.
Is this the right starting point if I've never worked with a consultant before?
