ONCE UPON A TIME
I was an employment lawyer working with some of the largest companies in the world. It felt like a dream. Until it... wasn't.
For more than 10 years, I practiced as an employment lawyer, navigating the complexities of labor laws and workplace disputes. While I initially thought this was my calling, I soon realized that my true passion lay elsewhere. Although I excelled in my role, I often felt unfulfilled and disconnected from the work I was doing. I'm sure you can relate!
I finally realized that I wanted to make a more significant impact—one that aligned with my values and allowed me to help others achieve their dreams. This epiphany sparked a journey of self-discovery and exploration that eventually lead me to the world of entrepreneurship. I dove in head first running six different companies in six different industries over the next 8 years, and they all experienced such massive revenue growth that I discovered I might be on to something. As I witnessed first hand the challenges faced by business owners, especially female entrepreneurs, who were navigating their paths in often male-dominated spaces, I realized these unique strategies had to be shared with more women! So, I wrote a book about my journey to do just that!
Then I finally found my purpose, helping women build businesses that create massive financial rewards & time freedom too!
Inspired by the resilience and determination I witnessed from so many female entrepreneurs, I decided to pivot my career and focus on almost exclusively helping female entrepreneurs succeed in their businesses. I leveraged my legal expertise, strategic thinking, and passion for empowering others to start The BRIMM.
Now, I’m dedicated to helping creative female business owners and service providers who are exhausted from the constant hustle, unsure how to scale their businesses without risking collapse, and trapped in a cycle of overwork, undercharging, and overwhelming fulfillment challenges create a business that can run on autopilot without the dependency on the business-owner.
My journey taught me the importance of following your passion and finding fulfillment in your work. That's exactly what our clients often struggle with too, complex services, underpricing, and the fear that scaling will drain their time, energy, and passion.
That's why I help them simplify their operations, enhance their sales processes, and provide the clarity and confidence needed for sustainable growth & true fulfillment from their work!
Enneagram 3, type A as they come... but I live for an ice cream cone and coffee. On any given day you'll generally find me working in my local coffee shop or Starbucks!
