Who is The Founder Forum for?

Founder Forum is for women who already have an operating business, paying customers, and sales they want to grow. You may be working on your own or have a small team. You want experienced help identifying the best opportunity in your business and putting a clear plan into action.

What if I’m already slammed? I’m scared I’m too busy to commit right now.

The group calls take two hours each month, in addition to the initial kickoff. Between calls, your time goes toward the priorities in your own business. There’s no fixed course curriculum you have to complete, so it’s about giving you back your time to focus on the greatest priorities in your business. You will feel less stressed as a result of the work we choose to do together.

Is my company big enough for the Founder Forum?

There isn’t an arbitrary minimum amount of money that you need to have earned. You do need existing offers, customers, and enough sales activity for us to examine what’s happening. If you’re still deciding what business to start or haven’t had paying customers yet, another starting point will serve you better.

What’s included? And what if I miss a call?

Founder Forum includes a 90-minute kickoff, a written growth plan in month one, two 60-minute group calls each month, and support between calls through WhatsApp and email. You’ll also have access to my recommended contractors, including accounting and bookkeeping resources.

All calls are recorded and the recordings are shared within 24 hours of the call. You’ll have to miss a call once in a while. That’s just the nature of business, but you won’t miss out.

I’m nervous this won’t apply to my industry. How do I know this will work for my industry?

Our work starts with your actual business: what you sell, who buys, your pricing, your numbers, and how you deliver. Your plan is specific to your company. The group adds perspective from other owners, while our recommendations stay grounded in your business and goals.

What if my numbers are messy? Or I don’t even know my numbers?

You’re fine. Then that’s data too. Just bring what you have. Your books don’t need to be perfect, and you don’t need a polished spreadsheet. We’ll work with what you have and work with you to build whatever it is you need to start to collect data to grow your business.

Will you do the work for me?

You put the plan into action. I help you identify the opportunity, develop the strategy, work through decisions, and adjust based on what happens. Founder Forum provides guidance and implementation support; you remain responsible for running your business and carrying out the work.

How does the success fee work?

Before you join, we agree on a clear, measurable success condition and document it in your agreement. The $1,500 success fee is due only if that condition is achieved. We’ll explain exactly how success will be measured before you commit.

What if I need to leave?

You may leave at any time with no further monthly payments. The current month isn’t refunded. We’ll review the full enrollment terms, including how the success fee applies, before you join.
