There isn’t an arbitrary revenue minimum. However, Founder Forum is designed for women who already have an operating business, paying customers and enough real-world data to make strategic decisions.

You do not need to have everything figured out—that’s why the Forum exists. But you should be beyond the idea stage and ready to examine your numbers, strengthen your offers and take focused action.

IS MY BUSINESS “BIG ENOUGH” FOR THIS?

You do need an established product or service, existing customers and enough consistent sales to examine what people are buying, how much they’re spending and how often they return.

No ethical advisor can guarantee a specific revenue result. Your results will depend on your starting point, your market, your offers and your willingness to implement what we determine together.

The “3X” framework is an ambitious planning lens. It helps us stop thinking in small, incremental changes and identify the offers, customers and buying behavior capable of producing meaningful growth.

What I can promise is clear thinking, honest strategic guidance, direct support and a practical plan grounded in the economics of your actual business.

What is the $1,500 success fee?

Before you join, we will agree on a clear and measurable success condition for your six months in Founder Forum. That condition will be documented in your agreement so there is no ambiguity about what success means.

The $1,500 success fee is only due if that agreed-upon result is achieved. It allows part of my compensation to remain directly connected to the progress we are working together to create.

WILL THIS BE GENERIC BUSINESS ADVICE?
